Although social security is a basic right for all working Thai citizens, the process to claim or even inquire about these rights is usually complicated and tiresome for both the citizens and the government to manage. We must find a way to bridge the gap, using the LINE digital platform, so everyone can be better informed and benefit more from social security.

We reactivated and rebranded Social Security Line OA – with a new character design, useful and timely content, and stylish visual graphics that set the new standard for SSO digital communications in 2021.
