Non-performing Loans (NPL) and Non-performing Assets (NPA) sound difficult and irrelevant to most. It is no wonder SAM struggled to communicate its products and service to a broad audience in an attractive way.


Utilizing consumer insight during the recent economic downturn, we devise an awareness campaign to present SAM assets as ‘opportunities’ for hopeful homeowners with limited budgets, an alternative to renting or buying premium real estate.

To showcase the ‘opportunities’ SAM provides, we tell the stories of real customers from all walks of life – from a humble housekeeper to a business owner – to reach different target segments. Using impactful headlines and striking visuals to attract younger audiences and reinforce brand benefits through consistent content marketing.
