With over 37M friends added and 6.2M active users, Beauty Hot Pro is one of the largest FMCG channels in Line with many potentials for data marketing. It is not an easy task to collect and leverage user data while retaining the interest of such a large audience for such a promo-led channel.
Strategy
While the majority of the content remains promotional, interesting features and brand character – J’ Beaut were developed to resonate with female shoppers which are the main target group of the channels. We added a layer of beauty and lifestyle content that is trendy and useful to showcase product benefits as well as offer added values to our consumers.
Constantly updating the channel looks and feels to reflect current trends as well as finding new ways to make our content more engaging, we achieve a better retention rate and overall content performance.
